Returns Policy


Way of Bengal offers very high quality products which are sourced directly from FSSAI approved manufacturers. Though we are very confident about the integrity of our products, we understand that there may be one off situations when you may need to return a product or seek replacement or refund. Returns and refunds for perishable good can be a complicated task for us as an online retailer, but we will make it as easy as possible for you for any genuine concerns about the quality of our product.

Our Return Policy lasts 15 days. Don’t worry though, we will be more than happy to assist you beyond this 15 day period, simply contact us and let us know how we can assist.

All return and refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis as we do not impose any strict regulations on this matter. If the product has been used, we request you to retain the remaining product and the original packaging.

Please contact us at or raise a refund request through your account on our website, and let us know in details the issue with the product/s with pictures of the issue if possible. Depending on the reasons, we may request you to return the products back to us at your own cost (which may be refunded subsequently) or have you keep the original product and also send you replacement/s. Once the product is assessed and based on the results and your requirements, we may send you replacement product/s free of charge and even pay for your return cost. If we decide to offer a refund and you do not need a replacement, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at or via our contact form.

Change of mind or wrong purchase:

Mistakes do happen, just let us know and we will assist the best possible way. Normally in such circumstances we may need you to pay all return costs and a restocking fee.
